Founded in 1995, Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc.’s (IMH) primary business has been its long term residential and commercial investment operations. Until August 2007, IMH subsidiaries specialized in residential and multifamily loan origination, in addition to warehouse lending operations. However, in an effort to remain proactive, we’ve modified our business strategy to help support the needs of today’s challenging lending environment. Our redefined business plan is now primarily focused on providing real estate and mortgage services, and asset management. Specifically, this includes the following new and current businesses: asset acquisition and management, special and master servicing, real estate marketing and management, loan origination, escrow services, and consulting.
